We all want healthy babies and healthy mothers and parents. Breastfeeding is incredible when it is going well. But when we see a dyad with breastfeeding challenges, life with a newborn or even an older baby can feel fragile and daunting. You keep parents and babies healthy and happy, and I want to help you support them by navigating what can sometimes be very tricky breastfeeding issues.

It is so important to serve my clients in meeting their feeding goals, and these goals can be vastly different for each of them. What does this look like for me as the IBCLC? The short answer to this is that I want baby to be healthy and growing appropriately, and I want to listen to and support the mother/parent in their goals for feeding. I have also worked hard to connect with a wonderful community of professionals and resources for these families so that we can take a team approach in bettering mother/baby health and feeding (if you are a professional who works with families through pregnancy and childbirth, I would love to connect with you too!).
