Breastfeeding and working? You can do this, and I want to help.
You're in the midst of newborn smiles, sleepy cuddles, and piles (and piles) of diapers, and then the thought crosses your mind - how on earth do I prepare for my return to work?
This is where I have a goal. I want you to be confident in your return to work plan. I want you to know what to expect, know that you have an excellent plan to maintain your milk supply and feed your baby, and I want you to know that not only can you do this, but you can crush it!
I have prepped for a return to work (x's 4!) Each time was different, but I absolutely remember all of the questions I had as well as each unique challenge I experienced with different babies.
